With a strong background in global medical device and diagnostics manufacturing & markets consultancy, James has successfully expanded his business areas from operations through new product development into marketing, providing a holistic view that connects the shop floor with company presidents. His ability to quantify shop floor operations and coach staff to identify and buy into solutions has led to significant capacity increases, such as a $15M year on year increase for an overnight change in a healthcare manufacturing company. James’s proprietary operations modelling method has resolved contract re-negotiation impasses, saved clients millions, restored crucial business relationships and stopped manufacturing closures in several countries.
James’s career began in 1981 in the oil and petrochemical industry, where he developed a systematic approach to predicting the effects of organizational changes. Transitioning to the healthcare manufacturing industry in 1985, he continued to drive international operations improvements and new product development. As an internal consultant for Johnson & Johnson Clinical Diagnostics, James implemented logistic and organizational improvements, increasing sales and managing risks associated with international ventures. His work has been recognized with prestigious awards like the Global Innovation Award from Bristol-Myers Squibb. An engineering graduate of Cambridge University, James is also an accomplished author and mentor, known for his ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive exponential growth and innovation in the industries he serves.

Lorrie is a ‘Global Innovation’ Award-Winning Mentor, Consultant, Author, and ‘Growth Mindset & Belonging’ Teacher with over two decades of experience in transforming multi-million and billion-dollar global corporations. Lorrie’s passion lies in mentoring individuals during times of dissatisfaction, helping them seek positive change and purpose in their lives. She takes immense joy in witnessing her mentees’ transformative journeys as they shift paradigms, discover their true belonging, and evolve into purpose-filled lives. Prior to joining ReModel International-UK in 2001, Lorrie worked for Wells Fargo in the USA, where she specialized in multi-site operations and people management. Her forward-thinking approach to business is reflected in her ability to identify opportunities and challenges that others might overlook or find too daunting.
A lifelong learner, Lorrie has recently earned certifications from Jacqueline Novogratz Acumen Academy Courses in ‘Path of Moral Leadership,’ ‘Human Centered Design 101 & 201,’ and ‘Systems Practice/Mapping.’ She has studied directly with notable figures like Bob Proctor, Sandy Gallagher, and Mike Dooley, earning certifications to teach their programs internationally. Co-author of the book ‘Bridge of Faith for Manufacturing Operations,’ Lorrie’s story is also featured in the International & Amazon Best Selling book ‘15 Stories One Bob’ by Inbal Hillel. Committed to giving back to the community, she has served on steering committees for Women Into Science & Engineering (WISE) and the Wales Innovators & Inventors Network (WIN) while in the UK. Now back in Michigan, USA, Lorrie sits on the Board of Directors as Vice Chairperson for Camp Cavell Conservancy and has extensively worked with Clintondale Community Schools, conducting workshops and mentoring students in personal development programs. Lorrie’s dedication to fostering growth and belonging in both professional and personal spheres has made her a transformative force in the lives of many.
